Who I am

What the contact form collects, and why

The contact form asks for your name, your business name, your email address and a message. I use these only to read your message and reply to you. Whatever else you type into the message box is collected too, so please don't include anything you wouldn't want me to see.

Who sees it

The form is handled by an online form service, Web3Forms, which receives what you submit and passes it to my email inbox. It may also receive technical details such as your IP address, which it needs to deliver the message and block spam. I do not sell your details or share them for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The company that hosts the site may keep standard server logs.

If I contacted you first

If you received an email from me, I found your business contact details from public sources, such as your business listing or website. Every message gives you a way to ask me to stop, and you can also use the Remove me from your list page. If you ask to be removed, I keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so that I don't contact you again.

How long I keep it

I keep messages for as long as I need them to reply and to keep a record of our conversation. If we don't end up working together, I will delete your message when you ask.

Asking for deletion, or a copy of your details

Email info@democlearpath.com and say what you'd like. I'll act on it promptly. To stop receiving messages from me, use the Remove me from your list page.

If this page changes, the new version will replace this one here.
